This is the downloadable plans and parts list that includes everything you need to exactly replicate the pneumatic air strut solar panel brackets as shown on my recent video. The brackets are season adjustable to vary tilt depending on latitude and time of year. Air struts automatically raise the solar panel to the height chosen. Allows one-handed operation to retract panel and locks for travel with two simple twist knobs. See the install video on my channel for full details on how to cut and install the brackets. The build uses a 100 watt Renogy compact panel but the plans should work for any standard size panel.
